We are all experiencing challenging times with the COVID-19 outbreak here in the US and Worldwide. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, we plan to continue business as usual: create and ship the best lamps on the planet and support our customers. ARE WE STILL SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes. We are currently shipping ALL orders placed via our website with no delays. Orders are shipped out as soon as possible as long ePacket, EMS, Special Line-YW and USPS are still accepting and delivering mail (which they are!). 

 

IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Absolutely. Our customer service operates via email (contact@shopbrightbox.com) and will reply to every inquiry within 24 hours (many times within 2 hours). If you have any immediate concerns please email us with your phone number and we will get back to you asap.

 

WHAT ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS?

Our manufacturing partners are currently working on new products for the fall and winter, they are operating by their own local rules and regulations, and safeguards. As of this writing, we are expecting to launch new products in Fall 2020 without delay.
